P5D contracted with an international cement producer to project manage a new greenfield cement terminal in western KY. The requirements were to locate a site, work with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and manage the work from design to commissioning. A large portion of the work was handled by a domestic contractor on an EPC basis. This terminal supports the ready-mix clients in the area and receives the finished cement from a recently expanded cement plant in the Midwest.
