Parks5 Design, LLC was established in May of 2013 and strives to provide the highest level of professionalism in the industrial sector.
Conveniently located in a suburb of Raleigh, NC, and inclusive of the RDU international airport, P5D is positioned to support your needs as required.
We have worked with a variety of end-users, OEMs, engineers and contractors across the nation to ensure their projects are completed in the safest and highest quality possible. Industries that we serve include cement, mineral processing, power, port/distribution terminals, bio-mass and more.

Meet the owner
A graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Ron Parks has spent over 30 years in the engineering, supplier, and construction industries, serving in many different capacities throughout his career. Ron is well known as a devout family man, outdoorsman, and demonstrates a confident personality.
Ron started his career working for several design/build material handling companies, with an emphasis on estimating and the installation portion of the business. Willis & Paul (Watkins Engineers) and FMC were the firms responsible for this initial development. He moved into the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) portion of the business by first taking a position with Polysius Corp. (TKIS) for seven (7) years and then with Claudius Peters for fifteen (15) years. At Polysius, Ron managed their mineral processing department. At Claudius Peters, he was hired as the director of sales and within a few years, promoted to President. Ron has spent time as an executive with an engineering firm and as president of a west coast construction company.
Ron is well-versed in all aspects of the business and utilizes that expertise to assist companies that require a professional for development, management, and sales.
